‘Everybody Dey Find Big Wiz’ – Wizkid Brags After Snubbing Davido at London Club

Grammy-winning Nigerian artist Ayodeji Balogun, popularly known as Wizkid, has stirred up fresh controversy following an encounter with fellow superstar Davido at a London club.

The incident, which took place on Friday night, saw Wizkid seemingly ignore Davido, fueling speculation about the ongoing tension between the two artists.

According to Dailypost, Wizkid walked past Davido’s table without acknowledging him, despite the two being at the same club.

Davido was reportedly partying with his 30 Billion Gang crew, while Wizkid was there to support his official DJ, DJ Tunez, who was performing that night.

Following the perceived snub, Wizkid took to social media to boast about his influence, hinting that it was Davido seeking his attention. On Saturday morning, the "Essence" hitmaker posted on his X (formerly Twitter) handle, “Everybody Dey find Big Wizzy,” implying that he remains the focal point in the industry.

This isn't the first time the two Nigerian music giants have crossed paths in a nightclub setting. Last year, they were spotted together in a Lagos club, where they exchanged hugs and seemed to put their rivalry aside.

However, in recent social media posts, Wizkid has claimed that Davido initiated that brief reunion, alleging that Davido “runs after him like a fanboy” whenever they meet.

The public fallout between the two stars has long fascinated their fans, with both musicians boasting large and passionate followings.

Despite past attempts at reconciliation, the latest incident suggests that the rivalry between Wizkid and Davido may still be very much alive.
